Get clarity. Find peace. Move forward.
You want to feel good again, or maybe for the first time. You want to feel better able to handle life’s daily ups and downs, feel happier, and like a better version of yourself. But you don’t know how, where to begin, or if it’s really possible.
For expecting and new parents, the season of life you’re in brings unique, often intense, challenges.
Maybe you’re experiencing symptoms like fatigue, tension, poor concentration/memory, or racing thoughts. You can probably identify with feeling intense frustration, guilt, dread, disconnect, rage, inadequacy, depletion, a fog that won’t lift, numbness or nothingness, and/or a desire to run away. The thoughts that keep coming are more than “mental noise.” They’re worrisome, frightening, or irrational, cause you distress, and are interfering with your daily life.
Have increased self-awareness, including a deeper understanding of yourself, your thought patterns, and behaviors
Are more capable of managing and regulating discomfort and distress so you can navigate life’s challenges more effectively
Have worked through and are free from the grips of traumatic experiences of the past
Have greater self-confidence expressing your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Have stronger, healthier relationships where you can show up as your authentic self and communicate your needs
Feel a greater sense of control, alignment, and empowerment in your life

I believe therapy should be a place where all of you is welcome – no exceptions – and that the therapeutic relationship itself can be powerful ground for healing.
Compassionate, competent care for individuals and couples experiencing challenges during pregnancy and postpartum, including infertility and loss.
Resolve relationship roadblocks, increase understanding and empathy, and revitalize connection in your most important relationships.
Process, heal, and move on from the impacts of distressing life experiences so that you can experience greater peace.
A dynamic alternative to traditional weekly therapy, intensives accelerate trauma healing by deeply focusing on identified challenges so you can spend less time in therapy, and more time living.
THE PROCESS: 1/4
STEP 1
Schedule a free, 15-minute phone consultation. Select “I’m a new client” and find a day/time that works for you. I’ll confirm our appointment and call you at our scheduled time so we can discuss your needs and working together. This will help us both determine if we’re a good fit.
Then what?
THE PROCESS: 2/4
STEP 2
If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your first appointment as soon as during our consultation call. If we’re not a good fit, I will provide you with referrals.
If we’re a good fit, what’s next?
THE PROCESS: 3/4
STEP 3
Attend your first appointment either in person or virtually via telehealth. This intake session is an opportunity for us to continue getting to know each other and establish a foundation for moving forward. We’ll review important policies and expectations, and begin identifying goals for treatment – together.
Sounds good. Go on …
THE PROCESS: 4/4
STEP 4
Invest in yourself. Whether it’s weekly, biweekly, or monthly, show up to do the work. Bring any and all the different parts of you. Get curious. Together, we’ll explore and address the roots of your challenges so we can identify places to make shifts and implement changes that last.
