Therapeutic Book Club

This isn't your neighborhood book club (and, hey, we love a neighborhood book club!). While it definitely has a social component, our virtual Therapeutic Book Club focuses on self-reflection and building and sharing insight. We dive into texts that explore the human experience, from nervous system regulation to the art of belonging, facilitated through a therapeutic lens.

A Note About the Club: While this book club is facilitated by a therapist and may be therapeutic, it's not therapy. Because this is an educational and growth-oriented space rather than a clinical one, you don't need to be an active therapy client, and you don't need to be a resident of Virginia to join us. Everyone is welcome at the table.

  • Model: We’re returning to a monthly drop-in format. No long-term commitments; just a seat at the digital table when a specific book or topic resonates with you and your journey.
  • Status: Curating our June/July titles.
  • Vibe: Low pressure, high insight, grounded in community.
